Thank you for booking. You will receive an email shortly confirming your appointment details.

Before Your Appointment

• A medical history form will be sent to you by email. Please ensure this is completed prior to your appointment.

• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to injectable treatments.

• Please avoid aspirin and ibuprofen for 48 hours prior. Do not stop prescribed medication unless advised by your clinician.

• If you are unwell, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have started any new medication, please let us know in advance.

On The Day

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment

• If your appointment is for injectable treatments, a consultation and prescribing assessment will take place before treatment.

• Treatment will only proceed if it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so

• Consent will be discussed and completed during your consultation.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 72 hours in advance

• Changes within 72 hours may incur a cancellation fee

LUXURE appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and we kindly ask for adequate notice if you need to make changes.
