2. WEBSITE USE
The content of this website is provided for general information purposes only and may be updated without notice.
All intellectual property, including branding, text, imagery and design, remains the property of LUXURE Collective Ltd and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
3. ELIGIBILITY
All clinical services are available only to individuals aged 18 years and over.
Valid identification may be requested prior to treatment.
4. CLINICAL SERVICES & MEDICAL ASSESSMENT
All clinical treatments are provided by a UK-qualified, GMC-registered medical doctor or appropriately qualified professionals operating under regulated standards.
Before any treatment:
A medical consultation is required
Suitability will be assessed
Risks, benefits and alternatives will be discussed
Informed consent must be obtained
LUXURE reserves the absolute right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, safe or in the client’s best interest.
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. No guarantee of specific results is given or implied.
5. PRESCRIBING & MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Where treatments involve prescription-only medication, prescribing decisions are made solely at the clinician’s discretion following full medical assessment.
Booking a consultation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate medical information
Attending recommended follow-up appointments
Complying with monitoring requirements
Failure to adhere to clinical guidance may result in discontinuation of treatment.
Prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued.
6. REMOTE CONSULTATIONS
Where remote consultations are offered, clients must ensure:
Accurate and truthful disclosure of medical information
Availability for identity verification if required
LUXURE is not responsible for adverse outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during remote consultations.
7. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Appointments must be booked in advance.
Deposits may be required to secure bookings.
Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
LUXURE reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected on the website.
8. COOLING-OFF RIGHTS
Under UK consumer law, clients booking services online may have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
However, where an appointment is booked within 14 days and the client requests that services commence within that period, the client expressly agrees that the right to cancel will be waived once the service has been fully performed.
This does not affect statutory rights where applicable.
9. CANCELLATIONS & LATE ATTENDANCE
LUXURE operates a 72-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 72 hours may result in loss of deposit or full treatment fee being charged.
Failure to attend without notice may result in the full treatment fee being charged.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
10. REFUND POLICY
Injectable treatments, prescription medications and clinical services are non-refundable once administered or issued.
Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.
Where clinically appropriate, review appointments may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion.
11. COMPLICATIONS & AFTERCARE
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.
LUXURE must be notified promptly of any concerns or suspected complications.
Treatment undertaken elsewhere without consultation may affect liability.
LUXURE is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
12. MEDICAL INFORMATION
Clients must provide complete and accurate medical information prior to treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant history may result in refusal of service and may affect liability.
13. PROMOTIONAL PRICING & MEDIA PARTICIPATION
From time to time, promotional pricing or discounted services may be offered.
Where a discount is provided in exchange for agreed marketing participation (including photography or video content), such pricing is conditional upon continued permission for the agreed usage.
If consent for agreed promotional usage is withdrawn after treatment has been completed and discounted pricing applied, LUXURE reserves the right to invoice the difference between the promotional rate and the standard treatment fee.
Separate written consent is obtained for all marketing media.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to this, LUXURE’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
LUXURE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
